Teams will advance to the knockout rounds by winning their qualifying groups. The qualifiers will begin at midnight Eastern Time on Tuesday, October 7th and run for 48 hours through Wednesday, October 8th. The team from each group that rides the most miles during the qualifiers will advance to knockout play.
