JOIN THE RIDE
Create an account on the Expresso bike or by visiting www.expresso.com. Ride as many miles as you can throughout the month for your chance at better health and some fun prizes. You must be signed in for your miles to count towards the challenge.

EARN YOUR WATER
Log at least 25 miles throughout the month to earn a badge next to your name on the leaderboard as well as an Expresso water bottle. You will also be entered in for a chance to win a $100 Amazon Gift Card.

EARN YOUR SHIRT
Finish as a top 20 rider throughout the association and earn your Expresso t-shirt.
